A whole person perspective,
With confidence to tackle the tough topics.

A safe place for every kind of body,
To be you and advocate for yourself

Hands-On Treatments
At Keystone you will have the one-on-one time that you need with your therapist for skilled hands-on treatment. We use many strategies but some of our favorites are:
-
Using our hands to move the bones and joints to relieve pain, improve motion, or align tissues.
-
Massage for pain relief, relaxation, and muscle activation
-
Stretching and moving your body to help your nerves, muscles, and joints feel and move better.

Education and training
The more you know the more power you have. Whether it is just knowing more about your body and how it works or specific strategies related to your goals, we will do our best to answer your questions and find the information you need.
We are always working hard to learn as much as we can about body functions and sexuality and will give you the skills and knowledge you need to heal yourself.
Mind-body connection
We utilize an integrated approach that is designed to treat you as one person with a mind, body, and spirit that are interconnected. If needed, we have treatments to heal those connections including:
-
Mindfulness
-
Neuromuscular coordination training

FAQ

Do I need a Physician referral? No! If you have seen a physician for the condition you are coming in for we always prefer to have open communication and coordination with your physician and if we think it will help we may refer you to a physician who we think can help you. We are an open access clinic and we do not require any script or referral for you to visit.
-
Do you take insurance? We are out of network providers for private insurances and accept payment through HSA. Keystone was created to give the client and therapist freedom to determine the best therapy plans based on quality of treatments and individual client preferences, outside of restrictions and limitations from third party payer systems, like insurance. We believe that health insurance is very helpful for many people and have a strong working relationship with excellent insurance-based clinics in the area if that is what is best for you. However, if you are looking for a higher level of opportunity and flexibility in your care and one-on-one specialized care, this model may be what you are looking for. If you have healthcare insurance, your insurance will reimburse you for Keystone visits according to your "out of network" benefits. We will give you information and provide the paperwork to present to your insurance company for your reimbursement at your request.

How do I prepare for an appointment?1. Think about what your goals are what you are hoping to accomplish in your therapy or wellness visit. 2. Leading up to your first visit, keep track of your daily habits related to your goals (for example, what activities are being affected by your concern, what are your bowel or bladder habits, etc) 3. Write down any questions you want to ask your therapist. 4. When you come to therapy, wear something that is comfortable to you and that you can move in.
