A safe place for every kind of body,

To be you and advocate for yourself

At Keystone we do things differently

Here...

You will work directly with a skilled pelvic floor therapist

And never handed off to an aid or technician

You are in charge of your therapy

Your therapist will help you figure out exactly what is wrong and give you the best options to fix it,

and you decide how to move forward.

We treat you like a whole person

Not just a diagnosis code

You will work one-on-one with your provider in a private room

Not in a large, crowded gym

The experience is built around reaching your goals

not just squeezing the most out of an insurance contract

FAQ

You may have many questions about pelvic health, Physical Therapy, or the Keystone company.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.  If you are looking for help but aren't sure if Physical Therapy is right for you, please schedule a brief consultation with our therapist to discuss your goals, treatment options, or other community resources that may help you in your journey.

  • Do I need a Physician referral?
No! We are an open access clinic and we do not require any script or referral for you to visit. If you have seen another provider we always prefer to have open communication and coordination with your healthcare team. We love working together with physicians, therapists, chiropractors, midwives, doulas, and other professionals to give you the best possible outcomes.
  • Do you take insurance?
We are out of network providers for private insurances and accept payment through HSA. Keystone was created to give the client and therapist freedom to determine the best therapy plans based on quality of treatments and individual client preferences, outside of restrictions and limitations from third party payer systems, like insurance. We believe that health insurance is very helpful for many people and have a strong working relationship with excellent insurance-based clinics in the area if that is what is best for you. However, if you are looking for a higher level of opportunity and flexibility in your care and one-on-one specialized care, this model may be what you are looking for. If you have healthcare insurance, your insurance will reimburse you for Keystone visits according to your "out of network" benefits. We will give you information and provide the paperwork to present to your insurance company for your reimbursement at your request.
  • How do I prepare for an appointment?
    1. Think about what your goals are what you are hoping to accomplish in your therapy or wellness visit. 2. Leading up to your first visit, keep track of your daily habits related to your goals (for example, what activities are being affected by your concern, what are your bowel or bladder habits, etc) 3. Write down any questions you want to ask your therapist. 4. When you come to therapy, wear something that is comfortable to you and that you can move in.
