Pregnancy Wellness -
Back, Hips, & Pelvic Floor

Learn about staying healthy and happy during your pregnancy.  This class will focus on:

  • Exercise across pregnancy

  • Pelvis and hip wellness

  • Low back health 

  • Pelvic floor health

  • Perineal massage

We will be learning and practicing exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques to help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring all of your questions!

** Please be aware that we will be discussing mature topics and our presentation includes frank discussion and visualization of bodies which may include the pelvic floor and vulva.

Pregnancy Wellness
-Upper Body, Feet, & Wellness

This interactive class will focus on:

  • Tummy and abdomen health

  • Round ligament pain

  • Sex during pregnancy 

  • Shoulder, upper back and ribs

  • Breast health before and after delivery

  • Healthy feet and legs

We will be learning and practicing exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques to help you feel your best throughout your pregnancy.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and all of your questions!

** Please be aware that we will be discussing mature topics and our presentation includes frank discussion and images of bodies which may include the breasts and/or the pelvic floor.  

Pregnancy Wellness for Couples

If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant bring your partner in and learn together fun ways to become healthy, happy, and comfortable throughout your pregnancy.

We will spend some time answering questions about pregnancy and your body changes and then teach you and your partner techniques to help you have your best pregnancy.  We will cover topics like:

  • SI or hip problems

  • Round ligament 

  • back and pelvic changes

  • shoulder and chest changes

  • exercise

  • sexuality and sex during pregnancy

And we will have guided hands-on practice including:

  • Massage

  • Taping

  • Body Positioning

  • Communication labs

Elemental Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the key to connectivity.  Journey together with us as we focus our intentions and energies towards the classical elements of water, air, fire, and earth.  In the context of healing we will observe the energies of the elements around us and invite them to guide us into a greater understanding of the elements within us.  

Prostatectomy
Preparing for it and recovering from Prostate Surgery

Join the support group as we tackle all the things you can do to prepare for and recover from prostate surgery.  

Prostate surgeries have come a long way but they aren't perfect yet.  If you are planning on a prostate surgery or have already had one, you can unfortunately expect some changes to urinary and erectile function. 

This group is designed to bring you:

  1. Information and tools to reduce complications of prostate surgery.

  2. Recover as much function as you can when you've already had prostate surgery

  3. Provide support when the effects of surgery recover slowly or become permanent.
